UK reef dosing calculator / label arithmetic
Already chosen product and target? ReefDose checks how one raising-product label scales to net water, shows arithmetic, and splits total only when label supplies a maximum.

Plain-language product answer
ReefDose Card is a deterministic reef dosing calculator for UK keepers who already chose a product and target. It takes net water volume, a fresh measured value, the keeper’s chosen target, and a raising rule copied from a supplement label. ReefDose scales the label amount by water volume and required correction, then shows every term in the arithmetic. When the keeper supplies a manufacturer-stated maximum, the tool divides the total into capped portions; when no maximum appears on the label, it shows the total and withholds portions. It supports alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, and phosphate for one tank, with litres, UK gallons, or US gallons. It does not recommend targets or products, interpret chemistry, diagnose livestock, automate pumps, or promise an outcome. Tank details and completed-card history remain in the browser. The paid calculator costs £29 once, with no account or subscription, and can export a versioned evidence receipt after the keeper verifies each source value.

Fictional label: 10 ml raises alkalinity by 1 dKH in 100 L, with a supplied 6 ml manufacturer maximum. ReefDose does not interpret whether that limit applies per dose, per day, or another period.

Keep sources beside arithmetic. ReefDose remembers your test and label rules, calculates proportion and split, then asks you to verify every input before saving.
Keep recent tank measurements on this device, then reuse the exact value you tested.
Save keeper-entered product rules: amount, effect, reference volume, source, and cap.
Calculate five reef parameters and split the total into label-capped steps.
Match tank, test, target, label, and cap before saving a local evidence receipt.
